1Are your farms EUDR compliant?
All partner farms have recorded the GPS coordinates of every plot and maintain complete traceability documentation in line with EU Deforestation Regulation requirements. We are fully prepared for EUDR compliance upon implementation.
2What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one 20-ft container (12 MT). For smaller volumes (1–6 MT), please contact us to discuss tailored solutions.
3What packaging options do you provide?
We offer GrainPro liners and traditional jute bags as standard. Additional packaging or custom formats are available upon request.
4How can I request samples?
Simply send us an email, and we’ll walk you through sample selection, availability, and shipping arrangements.
5Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Samples (up to 20 kg) are sent door-to-door via DHL. For larger orders, we coordinate with your preferred sea carrier through a trusted freight forwarder.
6What Incoterm do you use?
We currently trade on FOB terms only.
